Vidya Bharti Devgiri Region organised a ten-day residential acharya training camp at Shri Sant Savata Gurukul Vidyalaya in Phulambri, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar district.
Local reports noted that the workshop was inaugurated by Phulambri MLA Anuradha Chavan. The camp focused on teaching practice along with Vidya Bharti’s five foundational subjects — physical education, yoga, music, Sanskrit, and ethical-spiritual education.
The region holds such residential camps regularly so that teachers from Shishu Vatika to the secondary stage share one Bharatiya educational outlook. Hosting the camp in a rural centre such as Phulambri also strengthens outreach.
Organisers expressed confidence that participating acharyas would return to their schools better prepared to practise the Panchpadi method, child-centred activity and value education.
