The Sanskriti Gyan examination is the core of Vidya Bharti’s Sanskriti Bodh project. Affiliated schools in the Devgiri Region hold it each year for students and acharyas.
The paper introduces Indian history, geography, culture, the sant tradition, public life and ethical values. It is not a marks exercise alone; it gives the student a measure of their own civilisation.
The region also hosts quizzes and essay contests so that schools across Marathwada and Khandesh learn from one another.
Parents are asked to keep storytelling alive at home — Ramkatha, sant poetry and local history. The examination is a beginning; sanskar is daily work.
